Saturday Term Sessions

During the school term, all age groups train together every Saturday at the Ngong community fields - the field is divided by age group so every player gets focused coaching at their level. During school holidays, training runs throughout the week with matches and tournaments on Saturdays.

During school holidays, training runs Tuesday through Friday with matches and tournaments on Saturdays. More time on the field means faster development and stronger team bonds.

Preparation starts before you step onto the pitch. Ensure you have the following for every session.
